Question: Do enVision Simulators come assembled?

Answer: YES - unlike some other simulators on the market, enVision Simulators arrive fully assembled and ready to use. No need to insert sand/gravel into the simulator and hope that it operates correctly.

Question: What accessories are packaged with enVision Simulators?

Answer: Click here for a list of standard accessories that come with every simulator. Simulators are shipped standard with a foam-lined cardboard carry case unless the buyer upgrades to a foam-lined plastic carry case (with wheels and telescoping handle). Additional accessories are available

Question: I've filled the Envision model and the pump is running, but the Lake doesn't have any water.

Possible solutions:
- check to see if Aquifer Drain Valve is closed
- check to see if Reservoir is full to "water level" mark (water should cover the River/Ocean valve discharge)
- make sure pump is discharging water onto the platform that allows water to enter the Recharge Area of the aquifer compartment (right side when facing model)
- run finger over bottom of Lake (over holes). This will break cohesive forces

NOTE: Some of these solutions may also work for a Spring that is not operating properly.

Question: One or both of the Artesian Wells aren't flowing or are flowing very slowly (water rises above hole in side of tube)

Possible Solutions:
- be sure Aquifer Drain Valve is closed (knob perpendicular to water flow in valve
- check for sand clogs in Artesian Well tubes
- if there is water in Artesian tube to a level above hole in side of tube, it is working properly (non-flowing artesian conditions). To get the well(s) to flow, the green "Wetlands" material must be placed properly. It should touch the holes to cause a wicking effect out of the Artesian wells.
